Deep-bore Holesaws
Specially designed cutting teeth realize efficient removal of dust.
CHARACTERISTICS
- The carbide-tipped teeth allow drilling in work materials such as stainless steel.
- Our original design of the cutting teeth permits smooth removal of dust from the hole.
- Deep bore of body allows even pipes or curved surfaces to be drilled.
APPLICATIONS
- For making a hole in steel plates, stainless steel plates, cast iron plates, etc. of up to 1-3/16" (30mm) thickness. ( We recommend the use of a drill press before cutting steel plates, stainless steel plates, cast iron plates, etc. of 15/32" (12mm) or larger in thickness and also before making a hole with a cutter which has a diameter of 1-13/32" (36mm) or larger. )
- A cutter capable of drilling curved surfaces such as metal pipes, due to deep bore of its body.
- Composite materials of up to 1-3/16" (30mm) thickness.
